Lots to see/do - Each place has things to do. However, we will have to drive to Camden, Boothbay, Damariscotta, Pemaquid, etc. for Day-Trips, groceries, and restaurants

Walkable - Each day trip town is walkable

Cars/Gas - Cars & gas will be an added expense

Weather - It may rain
